Friday Five

December 19, 2008 | In: The Friday Five | By Meg

Hello fellow Scrapbloggers!
The holiday season is upon us in full swing! Every year that goes by seems to pass more quickly than the last, and the hustle and bustle of shopping and preparing for events with family and friends makes this a very exciting (and sometimes stressful) time of year indeed. But one must remember to take time to let their near and dear ones know that they are loved and appreciated. Pick up the phone, write an email or handwritten letter, and reach out to those who you’re thankful for. There couldn’t be a better time of year to let them know!
This week we’re sharing the love and letting you know we appreciate you! Here are 5 Scrapbloggers who we appreciate:

Scrapblog: Christmas Magic!
Author: little_m
Little_m created this beautiful Scrapblog just in time for the Holiday Season. She showed great use of stickers and uses rich layering effects to create this masterpiece.

Scrapblog: Christmas Ornament
Author: girly mom
Who could resist those endearing smiles? Certainly not Santa Clause! These are 2 children who I’m willing to bet are nowhere near the naughty list this year.

Scrapblog: nara
Author: Jujubee8883
Jujubee8883’s Scrapblog really inspires me to go to Japan. I’ve always wanted to visit, and her awesome photos and great layouts really make me want to book that ticket ASAP!

Scrapblog: twilight
Author: Inzilbethmouse82
Even if you’re not a fan of the books or movie, Inzilbethmouse82’s excitement is contagious. And it’s a work in progress, so keep checking back to see more!

Scrapblog: ILoveNature
Author: Ginnymo
Ginnymo’s love of wildlife is obvious in this Scrapblog. She somehow lures animals close to her and takes these photos from her windows. Talk about a dedicated nature lover!
