Scrapblog Awarded Adobe’s Site of the Day!
We developed Scrapblog using Adobe products, particularly Flex. So naturally, we’re pleased to have been selected as Adobe’s site of the day! According to Adobe, they “recognize websites based on their use of strong visual designs, superior functionalities, and innovative uses of Adobe products. We want to give credit to the creative and engineering talent behind the scenes.”
We developed the Scrapblog Builder using Adobe’s Flex 1.5 and then Flex 2. Yesterday, Adobe announced their launch of Flex 3 Public Beta, which we will use to further develop Scrapblog’s functionalities.
Thanks, Adobe!

Congratulations guys, to be their site of the day is an honor. I hope that they have yearly awards and you guys get there as well, brilliant product. So, congratulations again. I wonder how flex 3 will help improve things? There’s lots i’d like to see but first would enjoy seeing what you can come up with (probably better than what I could think up anyway.)
Adobe is starting to get a lot more ‘open community’ (if that statement makes any sense) and I’m happy to see it. They’re starting to really add to this whole world wide web thing.
