When you create a scrapblog, you express experiences with family and friends, you convey thoughts, ideas and recipes, you show how you spend your seasons and holidays and you show events spent in good company. Each scrapblog is a gift of creativity, of expression, of emotion, of information, of gratitude, of love. When you invite your your family, friends and the scrapblog community to view your albums, you are giving them a gift: the gift of memory, the gift of sharing, the gift of friendship, the gift of a craft, made by you for them. And your viewers give you something in return, namely, the time they spend reviewing and contemplating your scrapblogs.

“Laugh and the whole world laughs with you”

The Laughter07 Scrapblog Challenge was well underway when the holiday season and general year-end busy-ness got in the way. Now that the holidays are over, school has started and our big website update has been coompleted, we thought we’d get to the challenge results. In addition to these Laughter07 scrapblogs, here are some more that caught our eye. Which ones do you like? We’ll communicate results next week!

We’ll be running more challenges and are trying to figure out a way to select the best scrapblogs. There should be some type of polling or voting system! We may also have found a sponsor for the next challenge who may provide a prize for the winner. We’re trying to work out the details of how we’d go about this and of how the winner should be selected. Your ideas are welcome!
