We have released two new themes for you to enjoy. The first one, Good Day Sunshine, is perfect for those spring break photos and will also inspire you to get ready for a summer of fun. The second theme is called Bodacious. The colors inspire me to create some birthday layouts or anything else totally FUN!

Good Day Sunshine by Jen

Jen Revoltar is a new designer to our little happy scrapblog family. I asked her to give me a little info so that you could know the person behind the designs. Here is a little bit about Jen in her own words:

I took after my mom and grew up somewhat of a pack-rat, using recycled materials and ripped-out magazine pages to create cards and other things I wanted to make but didn’t have the money to buy as a kid. My mom and aunt are scrapbookers so I’m familiar with the scrapbooking tools and materials, some of which I used in my projects for class. When I got to college, I decided to channel this creativity through digital media by studying Graphic Design at the University of Florida. Most of the training we got was focused on conceptual design for the commercial world, and although there’s something rewarding about seeing your work out there, I do admit that I miss going back to creating things just for pure expression and enjoyment. I never had time to do anything with my photos, but now that I’ve joined the Scrapblog team, I look forward to designing more content and sharing them for others to use and have fun with.

Random final thought: “If it looks fun and interesting and I haven’t done it before, I’ll probably try it.”
