System Upgrades
We are making some major enhancements to the way we store your photos and published scrapblogs. These changes have been in the works for a while now, and we are excited to make the upgrades today. The service will be down for a few hours while we upgrade our systems and make sure everything is humming along. These upgrades should alleviate the uploading and publishing trouble many of you were experiencing early this week. We will keep you posted.

It’s Monday morning. When I log in to view my scrapblog, there are pictures missing and my layouts are all screwed up. Any idea when this will be remedied?

Is something wrong here,I can’t log in.When I came to the site it said you were still upgrading and I can only get to the blog…..no where else.When I try it says the upgrading thing.
I AM STILL GETTING THE UPGRADE PAGE….I CANNOT LOG IN OR ANYTHING….AS A MATTER OF FACT, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TO THE SITE ALL WEEKEND, EVEN WHEN THE BLOG HAS SAID THAT THE SERVICE IS RESTORED….VERY CONFUSED.
I just tried to get on one of the blogs that I am working on and it is missing pictures and stickers. I had this problem last week, but it got fixed but I couldnt publish it and now the pictures are missing again.
I hope everything works out all right! Good luck in fixing all these problems and THANK YOU for keeping us updated! I really appreciate it!
April, I just sent you an email to help figure out why you can’t see the site still.
Crystal, we are still having some slowdowns with photos and stickers, we are working with our hosting provider to get things sped up. For some of you, the content loads so slowly that it simply does not show. We know this is frustrating and are working to get it fixed.
